Our office works with other community family physicians to provide after hours information. The role of this service is to provide information or recommendations that may avert the need for an emergency room visit, or to sustain you until your established primary care office is available.

To reach this service, please call our office at 928-774-2788. When our office is responsible for "on call", you will speak to our answering service.  Please provide necessary information, including your name, patient's name, nature of your problem, phone number for contact, and the name of your usual provider. If we are not "on call", you will hear recorded information as to how to reach the "on call" Flagstaff doctor.

The doctor offices are independent of each other, and do not have access to your medical records or other information. If you are calling regarding medication refills, lab or other diagnostic reports, please call your doctor during their office hours. Should you have any problem with our after-hours service, we want to know about it. Please contact our office administrator the next business day.
