What is East Flagstaff Family Medicine?

A primary care clinic normally associated with a family/general practice, routine internal medicine for adults, and routine gynecological/obstetric care for women.  Primary care includes regular checkups, appropriate screenings for diseases such as high blood pressure or diabetes, and doctor visits for non-emergency illnesses such as the flu or a sore throat.

What other services do you offer?

Post offer physicals, return to work assessment, STAT Urine Drug Screening, NIOSH certified pulmonary function testing, and workers compensation services. Please contact our office for a service not listed here and let us know what you are looking for.

What insurance plans are you currently contracted with?

The list of plans that East Flagstaff Family Medicine accepts can change.  The best advice is to discuss insurance coverage when you make your appointment or check under the Family Medicine tab at the top of the home page and then click Insurance Companies.

What is well-woman care?

Well-woman care is preventive, primary care for women.  Regular pap smears and breast exams, family planning advice, the treatment of minor vaginal irritation and infection.

What is a co-payment?

This is a set dollar amount, usually in the range of $10 – $50, that many insurance plans require the member to pay to the care provider at the time of service.  East Flagstaff Family Medicine requires that this be paid on the day services are rendered.  Cash, checks, and MasterCard, and VISA, cards are accepted.
