No Show Policy
At East Flagstaff Family Medicine, we understand that life happens! Unexpected situations can arise, and we know plans sometimes change. However, when patients miss appointments without notice, it prevents us from offering that time to another patient who may need care.
To help us serve our patients as efficiently as possible, we ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Our No-Show Policy
$75 No-Show Fee: Our clinic reserves the right to charge a $75 fee for appointments missed without at least 24 hours' advance notice.
Repeat No-Shows: We typically hold off on charging this fee until a patient has missed three appointments. However, fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
New Patients: New patients who miss their very first appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice will automatically be charged a $75 no-show fee.
Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
We understand that unexpected things happen, and we appreciate your communication and understanding. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. Providing advance notice allows us to offer that appointment time to another patient and helps you avoid a potential no-show fee.
